One Plus 8 Series Launch Date Confirmed in India: It’s 14th April at 8:30 PM India

OnePlus 8 Series Launch Date Confirmed in India: It’s 14th April

Finally the Wait is Over for OnePlus 8 Series Launch in India…#LeadWithSpeed

All those OnePlus fans out there, the wait is finally over, OnePlus is holding an event for OnePlus 8 Series Launch on 14th April in India.

OnePlus has added a teaser video along with a banner on Amazon mentioning this date of 14th April at 8:30 PM India Time with the tagline as Lead with Speed. It will be interesting to see how many devices will be launched by OnePlus in this event on 14th April in India.

Because the recent rumors suggests OnePlus will launch OnePlus 8 Lite as a successor to OnePlus X and can be called as OnePlus Z. So if that rumor turns true then we will not see the lighter version device in this 14th April event, because the banner and the teaser shared by OnePlus shows and focuses only number 8.

I personally feel they should launch it as OnePlus 8 Lite along with regular OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 8 Pro.

It will be a game changing with OnePlus coming into the competition of premium mid range category against the likes of Redmi, Poco, Realme & Narzo.

Regarding the specifications, the upcoming series of OnePlus 8 will get a major change in terms of front and back design. It will use Punch Hole design in front and will use the vertical Quad & Triple rear camera setup respectively on OnePlus 8 Pro and OnePlus 8 on the back.

Processor will be the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 with 5G. It will also feature Super AMOLED display along with 90h or higher refresh rate.

In OnePlus Lite or Z whatever we say, it will also come with punch hole display and triple rear camera setup aligned vertically in the centre.

The big difference in the display between OnePlus Regular Models and Lite or Z model will be the punch hole camera position.

In Lite or Z it will be in centre in the same manner as recently launched Redmi Note 9 Pro and Redmi Note 9 Pro Max, where as regular series will be having punch hole camera at the left side corner.

In last week’s leaks #OnePlus8 OnePlus 8 was shown in 3 colors namely Interstellar Glow, Glacial Green, Onyx Black see the pictures here:

Regarding OnePlus 8 Pro, more details shown by Pricebaba #OnePlus8Pro to feature 48MP IMX689 as the Main Sensor (F/1.78), 48MP IMX586 Ultra-Wide (F/2.2) & 120° FOV. 8MP (F/2.44) Telephoto w/ 3X Optical & 30X Digital Zoom + 5MP Color Filter. New Night Portrait Mode, ‘3-HDR’ Video, Cinematic Effects & Better OIS!

It will be exciting to see this new OnePlus 8 Series of smartphones. Will share more details as and when available.
